The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of B2B sales success, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process. Our Sales Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals that contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Partner with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Negotiate contracts to maximize profit and mutual success
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities
Log and update customer information within the company's CRM system
Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
Travel as needed to meet potential and existing clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
A minimum of three years of sales experience, ideally B2B
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and an interest in developing industry-specific expertise
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Experience in working with CRM software and familiarity with general tech platforms
Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
